It was super close to termini station which was fantastic. After reading the other reviews I was really worried, but our stay was great. Are the rooms small and outdated? Yes. But were they clean and comfortable? Also yes. No signs of bugs, the staff were all pleasant and the breakfast had a selection of meats, cheese and pastries. I really don’t have too many negative things to say, except for the lack of modern amenities and knowing a fresh coat of paint would go a long way.

Very friendly staff and pleasant to speak with. Needs dome updating but very clean and comfortable hotel stay. Quiet location so a good night sleep was satisfying. Excellent location and great restaurants and stores near by. Easily accessible.

I wanted a stay for a night close to Termini as I had a transfer flight next morning. For this, the hotel is perfect, as it offers reasonable conditions at cheap price. The hotel & room were clean, though not very new or modern inside. Stuff was great and helpful.

Location is close to termini. Easy to commute. Although they don't have laundry service, there are laundromat nearby

My mistake, it was perfect, perhaps could use a revamp but I found it core to Rome. I spent a bit of time locked outside my room due to breaking a key but the staff fixed it immediately. Happy Carmel. R.
